Cameron Buck

Obituary of Cameron G Buck

Cameron G. Buck died unexpectedly in the early hours of December 4th, at his home in Rockledge Fl. Cameron was born June 9, 1992, in Palo Alto California, son of Karan (Norris) Buck and Jeffrey Buck. Cameron relocated with his family as a young child, to live 3 years in England, before relocating to New Jersey, and finally moving to Florida the last 7 years of his life. Cameron graduated from Washington Township High School NJ and completed one year of community college. Cameron joined the US Navy destined for submarine service but was honorably discharged before completing his training for medical reasons due to injuries. Cameron is survived by his twin sister Courtney Buck of Hong Kong, and brothers Dr Zachary Buck of Golden Co., Capt Dillon Buck USAF of Dayton Oh, Madison Buck of Baltimore Md, his parents Karan and Jeffrey Buck of Rockledge Fl, and his grandfather Charles Norris of Melbourne Fl. Cameron is also survived by 7 aunts and uncles, 8 cousins, and 4 of their children, including 2-year-old Lillie who Cam spent his last day with building sandcastles and walking the beach. Cameron was a popular and humorous child with many friends offering many good memories that have warmed the hearts of our family during this difficult time. He enjoyed computer games, reading sci fi, working on cars, and relaxing with a guitar, and some of his favorite times were camping with friends, and swimming with the manatees at Fort White. Cam was easy to make friends with people in different walks of life, and was equally comfortable debating college graduates, or bonding with less fortunate people many of us would never know in our own lives. A small family service will be held December 23, and the family is inviting Cameron’s friends to join us to remember and celebrate Cameron’s life at his home on December 28. Cameron had his own unique spirituality and believed in good Karma. In lieu of flowers, the family asks his friends and loved ones to reach out and make one kind gesture to someone in need, who you might otherwise have overlooked. Rest in peace Cameron. We love you and miss you.
